Our work is to be going on all over India, I come know the List of ALC (Central) with their respective jurisdiction area covered?
Suppose work is to be started in Gujarat - Amreli and Junagadh area ? These area is under in which ALC (Central)?

Dear Raj ji,
If your work is under Central Jurisdiction then only you need to follow the rules under Central and the authority in this case is ALC (Central) at respective area.
If you are working with central government department, any public sector undertaking, nationalise bank, or an establishment which is declared to be under Central Jurisdiction by virtue of it's nature of business, product, activity etc. then only you come under Central Jurisdiction.
Else you need to follow the respective state rules and authority in this case is ALC of respective state for that area.
