Hi all,
I joined in my company 1.6 months back, i\'m going to finish my Bond duration in 6 months, but My HR is asking extend ur commitment for more 6 months, because we r going to provide new technology training, But I don\'t have interest to give commitment further because since 1.6 years we don\'t have any benefits here and less salary and no projects. So how could i say politely to me HR please help me from this problem.

Bonds often contribute to employee's success with stability and compensation.
Is this training, that is scheduled, beyond your KRA or normal task list ? At the most you can request for a hike. What is your manager's stand to such a commitment without its benefit?

Dear Mr. Raghutoyou,
The questions raised by Ms. (Cite Contribution), should be raised by you to your HR -- probe with as much questions. However, entailing to the fact; Bonds are invalid and request you to come out of such acquaintances. It is good that the Employer is concerned to you. "NO PROJECTS" is definitely a reason for the HR to keep you on board with low salary criterion and + 6 months along with your existing 6 months will tot up an year.
Speak curteously with the HR and make sure you serenly clarify your queries. Request HR a couple of days to think and concern the matter to your family and then get back with an apt retort
