I need your help, I work in a Automobile Car Dealership in Rohtak, Haryana
Currently I am preparing or formulating various HR Policies.
I need to develop 2 separate policies:-
1. Policy for Joining Formalities
2. Policy for New Joinee Induction
Now, I am confused as how to prepare different policies covering different features and aspects
Please help me as this is very very urgent
