Please check with the concerned authorities of the State Govt ( generally local bodies where your organisation is situated) and get confirmation. They will issue a receipt for each individuals. You may approach your employer for the receipt first, and if they are not giving approach the PT authorities, with the date of remittance proof.

Both P Tax & PF is employers liability. U can get info for your company A/C department. For PF, go to EPFO site and give your mobile no. and u will get info of your PF balance within hour and then check with your salary slip/ HR department for PF Annual return 3A 6A.

In PF website, u can see the details of payment being made by ur company, including the list of members. Pls check whether ur name appears in that or not.
In case of PT, u need not bother much, as u r not going to get back that deducted amount. However, just ensure that the PT deduction during the FY is captured in the Form 16 & the same is reduced from ur total income to calculate TDS.

if for an employee the company has not paid / credited PF amount since October 2012 for the FY 2012-2013, (as it appears in employees PF Passbook) but the company has deducted money from his/her salary, The employee seems liable since it is his hard earned money, but what can he do make the employer deal with this?
