kindly let me know how to generate TEXT FILE for Annx-II as per the order of EPF department. I have completed my excel file, but unable to generate the Text file. Please advice.

Dear Jugal ji,
It is very easy to create the text file. The procedure is as same as creating ECR file every month.
You need to save your excel file in csv (comma delimited) first. Then open this csv file with notepad, replace all "," with "#~#". Delete the rows which not relates to actual data, i.e. headings etc. And lastly, save this file in txt and upload.
