My Query is
I have resigned from my previous Company on 15th March'13 with a short notice of 15 days (though in the appointment letter the maximum time mentioned for notice period was 30 days). My basic salary was 10,800/- (Gross 25,653) and had some 15 earned leaves due with the company. I have a word with the HR dept. about the "F&F" settlement and they said that my Chq. prepared is of Rs. 3776/- amount. I am unable to find out the criteria of the calculation? Plz guide and also suggest can I get the Statement of A/C of "F&F".
