Hi Ritu,
The probation clause depends upon the company practices. Some companies have 1 month and others have 15 days notice period. The probation in most of companies is for 6 months and few companies have no probation for senior level position. If you can give provide more inputs like your industry type and location would be able to clarify the doubts.
