Iam working in K.S.A and my employment contract will be finish next month and i will complete 6 years with this company, please tell me how to write a good letter for salary increment here iam working as a secretary.....

Do you think " Good Letter " will help you in getting in increment? What about job performance there is no need to write letter because your performance will speak instead of letter.............
