Dear All,
I was given an increment and appreciation letter from my company in December with rating as "Good". Now my company wants me to resign as my performance is not good.
But, In one month how can the company say both good and bad...
Should I resign, or fight against the company.
Please suggest.

Do one thing go to HR tell them to give the reasons why they want your resignation. Get the details in writing initially they will oppose but you stick to your words. tell them you want it because you want to give justification.
See what points they have mentioned in it against which they are asking your resiignation.
If you think those points are wrong then give them reply for each point with your jistification. & wait till their reply. untill dont resign.
