If the company is crediting your salary to your account, that is enough evidence of your working i that company. B.Saikumar Mumbai

Actually they are crediting that amount to my account, but one more problem is that ,for PF accounts how much they are cutting that details wont be available in transaction details. Moreover we were not provided our PF accounts, and they cut some huge amount from our salary, so how could I show to other company the exact details about my salary.? Since they are cutting some big amounts, my take home has become very less,on the other hand in transaction details cut amounts also not mentioned. So how could show that to my new organization the original details bout my gross salary?? please help me... I am very much worried..

If the employer is deducting certain amounts from the salry of the employee, the employee is entitled to know as to what they are and whether they are authorised, therefore you can ask your employer to provide you a pay slip with details of deuctions.

Hi,
Mr. Sivakumar is right.
You need to approach your employer and ask them to provide salary certificate and this will give you the salary break ups. Also your appointment letter issued by the company should have the salary breakup part of the appointment letter. If you have not received it, never mind you can ask your employer to provide salary certificate. If your still working with the company and looking for new employment you can give them some other reasons and ask them to provide your salary certificate. You will also get clear idea about the deductions. If PF is being deducted from your salary a maximum amount of 12% of you basic salary can only be deducted from your salary. Other deductions may be TDS. Talk to you HR officer and get this sorted out amicably.
