This is yet another example of how hastily new methods are introduced with completely impractical deadlines. The communication says that the details of ADAAR numbers of all subscribers in the 43 districts are to be obtained and linked before 31 st December i.e. within the next two days of which one is a holiday! Getting ADHAAR card itself is an uphill task.
