i am working in jabel ali free zone dubai uae.
as my conpany had got project in other country,
my company had deside me to go on that project,
but my company told me that they will be cancelling my visa
from this company and they will send me to my home country
and to my home country i will recive my new visa for other country,
as this i want to know how they will calculate my gratuity as my joining
is april 2006 to till date. this coming april i will get complet 7 years.
and i also want informatiom that when my company will send me home back
to go to new project, the day which i will stay in my home country till i join the new project
will be paid to me.
please give me answer i will be thankful to all of u.
