Dear Ms. Simi,
"EGO" word seems to be small but it's big in terms of feeling. Ego is hurt if the especially the criticism comes from someone we like or hate the most. All you have to be aware is the tranitory nature of the bruised ego. No matter Ego and Jealousy are the two words which exists for a temporary period and you have to forcefully let go by yourself. Once your mind and ego make this realization, it becomes much easier to deal with the everyday conflicts of life and maintain a positive edge. Often people show a loads of criticsm, but when the criticsm is taken at its best they will have less attention on it and acheive the best.
How to overcome EGO?
Try not to out-burst instead show the veracity of what you are.
