Kindly advise the procedures for the following:-

At present our companies registered office at Kerala and the epf registration is also here & submitting challan and payements at Kerala for our all India staffs.
Now our company is planning to change the company name & registered office from Kerala to Mumbai, Hence need to transfer the epf accounts of all staffs and present registration code of our company from Kerala to Mumbai. Please advise the procedures for the same
2) Same as above the ESIC main code is Kerala and having the sub code for all India locations on the basis of the main code.
Pls advise the procedures for changing the main code from Kerala to Mumbai and changing Locations sub code also.
