I have registered a Pvt.Ltd Chit firm and Money Lending business at my place in Kerala.
I have 10 employees right now. May I know what is the minimum salary I should pay to my employees in terms of Basic Salary,D.A etc?
Also what all documents I need to keep as part of labor law?
What is the punishment if I fail to pay the minimum wage and keep the labor documents properly?
