Hi, Administration & HR are two different departments in an organisation. If you are looking after Admin & HR, then you may be called as "Executive - HR & Admin".

When an HR Executive is authorized special access rights to employee database & is empowered to amend/ modify the data fields, he/ she gets the designation of 'HR Administrator'. This is applicable only to an automated HR environment. These rights are not given to anyone else since ensuring the data integrity is a vital parameter. The HR Administrator in such cases may also have the rights to initiate activities such as Goal Setting, Appraisals etc.....
This reply is to enable understanding of the special roles assigned to HR Executives. Another such role is that of 'HR Analyst'.

Dear Tanveer,
Your role is HR EXECUTIVE.
- RECRUITMENT, PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS, PAYROLL is the job of a HR PROFESSIONAL. Its an added advantage for HR PROFESSIONAL having experience in STATUTORY COMPLIANCE. Most of the organisations consult their lawyer to sort out issues pertaining to it
- In some organisations PAYROLL is taken care either by FINANCE or ADMINISTRATION departs.
- In some Larger organisations STATUTORY COMPLIANCE is taken by ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.

If you are managing all these functions in a fully automated HR environment & have singularly been assigned the rights to enter/ modify data connected with these functions, you are in the role of an 'H R Administrator'. Otherwise, in a manual/ semi-automated state, it is the role of an 'H R Executive' to manage these processes in any organization.
