Dear Friends,
Isn’t it sad how much time we spend putting ourselves down?
If we had a nickel for every time we felt inferior, stupid, unattractive, or unworthy, most of us would be millionaires.
If we’ve become trained to feel bad about ourselves, is it possible to retrain ourselves to feel good? Can we unlearn old beliefs and refocus our attention to see our own beauty and worthiness?
Yes, yes, yes!
Here is a nice presentation.

Hello Mr Ramesh Bhardwaj,
Thank you for the post touching the three figure mark in slides.
Meeting even 25 % would bring a lot of good to an individual.
Feeling good about one self is the foundation on which other building blocks have to be built.
These include Self Confidence, Self Awareness, Self Control and finally as advocated by Maslow
Self Actualization and Self Esteem.
It is imperative that one needs to make a good foundation.
Many items events might shake us up.
There could be even a fall.
The liking for Self, provides the impetus to rise again.
While exuding Confidence and other qualities as referred above, one has to ensure that
there is no room for PRIDE,ARROGANCE,HATRED etc.
