On the above subject have one small clarification, "if an employee who has been issued warning on the basis of integrity issue,can the employee be promoted or give a hike based on his performance during the appraisal period of the same year.

Yes ,off course we can issue the hike or promotion to that particular employee . Before that check his performance with the concern department and hierarchy person of the particular department.Please make the documentation about that employee performance level from the concern persons. It will never affect HR's
