The book was removed due to possible breach of copyright.
Please DO NOT keep asking for it to be sent or posted.
A helpful hint. ALWAYS read all of the postings in a thread first before posting a message. You will find valuable information and often your question will be answered.

Dear Mr. John
I wish to inform you that, there is nothing in sharing a copyright material(e-book) among your friends/colleagues by email as i had did it many times before but, none is authorized to post(unlawful activitiy) in a forum violating copyrights norms. I suggest you to modify your statement as "please do not keep asking for re-post".
With profound regards

Dear Srinivasa,
Have you got permission to upload a copy of this book?
I made a mistake of posting the message in your message instead of as a separate post.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to other bloggers.

Skhadir,
There is a common misconception that ebooks are not copyright material. That is NOT correct. Yes, some ebooks are freely distributed, but not all.
But if ANY book has a copyright notice in it and there is no clear notification that the book may be freely distributed, then DO NOT distribute it.
Copyright is Copyright, end of story. The author retains the rights to it. In most cases that is part of his livelihood. Would you like it if you wrote a book which sold well and made you money, yet your fellow CiteHR members just copied it and gave it to their friends meaning you get no money? I think not.
Many authors and organisations are now taking their rights very seriously and prosecuting violators where ever they are in the world.

Mr. Simhan,
This is available in the google search as it is in pdf format. I just saved and uploaded.
I don't think any copyright book will be available in the internet in freely downloadable form.
I am pasting below the link where it is available.
