I have already an employment visa in abu dhabi but when I\'m already in the airport they did not let me enter they said i have lifetime ban which appears during my eye scan.how this happened my previous company said I only have 1 year ban I already finished 1 year and got my employment visa in new company

Your ex-employer might have imposed LIFE TIME BAN on you. There must be something fishy between you and your ex-employer. Look for out for an influential PRO. Talk to your ex-employer as why he had imposed such ban on you. If it is a system error, you need to submit a letter from your ex-employer to justify it.
