You have listed a few, some one may add few more. But, I want to understand, the most important factor or you can say the root of all such interventions. What is that?
To my understanding, it is employer's intention/ethics, and basic belief that every body in the organisation is human first. Then all the interventions may be formulated.
"Accha insan, accha kaam" (good human being a good worker).
What do you say?
