i am working in su-kam Power Systems Ltd,Gurgaon.its my first job. here is no systems and procedures for doing any work. iam not learning anything.so can you explain me all the detail of training and development ,and from where process starts and all the concepts of Hr.

What is responsibilities they have given to u? How many peoples are working ? to whom u r reporting ? What is your background qualification ? How many departments have in your company ? What are the systems ( Admin & HR) did they currently follow in your company?
