I need to prepare appraisal letters.
One i need to congratulate them for meeting all our expectations, inform them to keep up the good work etc.
One i need to tell them that their performance needs more improvement in work and that we are confident that they can get their full bonus.
One i need to tell them that they really need to perform better to continue with our organisation, but in a polite manner.
Please help me with the templates asap.
