I have been experiencing very frustrating situation in job searching and clearing through my resume to the prospective employer. I have seen many of company goes for the candidates whose resumes are false / full of lies about their experiences and skills. And also exaggerates their salary in resume or while in interview. Such candidate gets job, but the candidates like me who never used wrong means to get attention of employer, not able to find the perfect job as per my skills or experiences. And after selection they also survives in their duty. Does company do any cross checking while screening resume ?
Should I also try for the to use lies in my resume to get attention of consultant or employer. ?
Pls help me. Because the situation is getting very frustrating for me.
