A Good work, but lacks the Basics. The steps give are superficial and may give only temporary solution. Just only can turn the mind from one direction to another but can not root out the problem.

A simple method to avoid stress is to do meditation/WTF daily 10 min. morning and evening-
WTF- Watching the Thought Flow-
Sit in straight posture with crossed legs; in a way in which one may sit for 10-15 mins. Back, neck and head all in one straight line.
Close your eyes. There should be no movement in any part of your body except normal breathing.
After few seconds thoughts start erupting in your mind.
Now, just only watch the thoughts coming to your mind with out any reaction to them.
Please do not brood over thoughts. Just only watch the flow of thoughts.
Initially there would be high frequency of thoughts coming to mind. But by regular practice of WTF, it will come down, will reduce stress and give peace.
