Can anyone other than me view my pf account, know its balance and get any related info about it if they have my PF account number?
Say for example, I worked with an employer for 5 years, left the company and join a new company. I now decide to close my pf account and withdraw which will take about 2 months. Until then, is it possible that my new employer can know all about my pf account's balance or any related info about it if they have my pf number?

yes if they have number and details, but it will not affect you transactions or I would say no threat to your amount, but it can not be made completely confidential since it basically connects with the employer and implied that he will surely have your epf info........ but it is the duty of the employer to maintain its confidentiality........ if the palisade/fence itself wakes up and start eating all the crops of the field and then what measure could really be taken to control that right!!!!!!!
