Is there any IS code for storage of LPG gas cylinder, Oxygen gas cylinder and Diesel in construction site? If yes, pls let me know and kindly share the same.

Please refer to Petroleum Act for Diesel Storage, and Gas Cylinder Rules for compressed Gas Storages.
