i am recently join food industry in uttarakhand. in this industry there is 19 employee on Form12, and 10 employees have above 10,000 salary,
so i want to know this industry should be cover under PF & ESI act. or not.
and there is require to fill Form-11 to those employees whoes salary above 6500.
