You have not given enough information to help us to decide to give you a concrete reply. Where will you be pursuing your PhD and by what mode? What is the topic that you have chosen? Whatwork have you done so far? Have you got access to sholarly journals in the field you want to do research?
The more information you give the better to find a suitable guide.

You said that you are a lecturer with three years of experience in your field/function, but I second Mr Simhan request you to complete your query first as you have not said anything like that you are doing Phd that your subject line of this thread is saying.
