Can a person who has applied for PF withdrawal, since his present company does not have this facility, change this application to transfering to his new employer after the new employer gets registered with PF

A person can apply for transfer of his accumulated EPF amount with details of FPF/EPS in his present PF account only, instead of withdrawal.
In this regard, filled-in application for transfer i.e. FORM-13(Revi.) may be submitted to new employer, for further processing.

As per rule, you have to give a declaration that :
You have not been employed in any factory/establishment to which the EPF Act applies for a continuous period of not less than 2 months (i.e. 60 days) immediately proceeding the date of your PF withdrawal Application.
