Dear HR professionals,

We are facing a problem in our organization that people joins, take one month salary and due to xyz reason leaves the company. Now the training given, one month salary incurred, hiring efforts all get wasted. So please suggest some measures which are legal and do not break any compliance and through which we can sort this out.

for eg, I am looking for some ideas through which if a new persons joins his 50% salary can be given on ist month and remaining with other month's salary or if a new person joins then his/her training will be given initially. so i want for that period his full salary should not be given to him but a part of it and remaining with other month's salary. How to do that. and This is really urgent and important. please reply.

Can we do it like this as per salary process, if a person has joined on other than 1st of month, his salary will be given with next month's salary as i have seen this practice in some big and good organizations also. Please suggest for this idea. is it ok as per compliance.

Hello...
This is seen in many companies as attrition rate is higher. You can do these things:
1. Bond System ( Took security deposit amount and give them after the prescribed period and till that period he/she has to work)
2. Create a healthy and happy culture to which all employee love.
3. Exit Interview and try to focus on those issues.
4. Weekly meetings in that you can discuss with the employee.
I personally feel not to use 1st option but if the situation is out of control then only go for it.
