I am currently working in an IT Software company where i need to revise leave policy.As i am a fresher so kindly guide me to formulate leave policy for IT company.It should include PL,SL and CL.

Please follow the specimen of any good organisation preferably IT Company.You may get it through net also.In this connection,I have gone through the specimen given by Ms.Ranjana Chaturvedi.Her policy is more or less OK except that it is silent regarding Restricted Leave,Special Leave, Study Leave and Compensatory Leave.Further ,in most of the organisations , Casual Leave is allowed for a minmum of 14 days including 2 days Restricted Leave.The Rule should also specify,whether leave encashment could be allowed particularly on termination of contract.The rule should also specify,whether intervening holidays will be counted while calculating it.
