Dear Seniors,
I just recently got terminated from an IT company and now i am working in Real Estate Company and would like to purchase a CRM System.
Is it ok to still further discuss business with them and bring them a business?

Hi Rachell,
Hat's off to you, for your kind Gesture towards your Ex company. I don't why you got terminated. Ofcourse, there is no harm. But before purchase, please do your study comparing other software sellers in maket and get the best deal for your company. Don't get the software from your ex company becoz you worked for them.
Your loyality now lies with your new employer.
Wish you all the best.

Hello Rachell,
Like the others have mentioned, there's no harm or hinderance if you contact your ex-employer.
But like Ukmitra mentioned, pl ensure you make a comparision with other similar products.
Apart from the reason what Ukmitra mentioned, you WILL definitely NEED to do it since if you have to reject the ex-employer's product, you will have to show that it was done on sound technical/logical grounds--more so if your exit wasn't very smooth. Else, there's a chance that your action will be misunderstood/misconstrued as malafide.
All the Best.

Dear Rachell,
Purchase of CRM system is capital purchase. From where you buy it does not matter, whether your ex-company or otherwise. However, what matters is how you evaluate the quotes from various parties.
Second important thing is you should evaluate the supplier against your need. Consider what is the current capacity, what is the scope for expansion in future, if the scope is there then is it chargeable etc.
Your purchase decision should be based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and life-cycle costing.
Ok...

Dear Rachell,
If you think deal with your previous company will made bade effect with your current job, its better for you don't deal with them, if you think your termination result will not effecting your current job & the software deal is more valuable for your current company as per market study, then obviously i suggest u purchase from your last company.
