The Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad is organizing a programme on "Trainer Skills" on Sept. 18-22.
This programme will be very useful in gaining insights about latest training methods and techniques, delivery effectiveness and many more (for details see the attachment). The Programme is very useful for trainers, faculty members of training institutions, HR and Line Managers involved in facilitation process.
The programme Director is S P Kamath who is an active HR professional since 1977 working intensively in HRD activities, industrial relations, training, HR system formulation, HRIS and Labour Laws. Dr. S Ramnarayan, Senior Professor ISB, Dr. Vinod Dumblekar of MANTIS New Delhi are also invited as resource person to share their experience.
The Centre for Organization Development have very good facilities for residential programmes.
