Respected seniors,
One of my freind is working in an organisation as trainee. It has 11 employees. They are supposed to get stipend of Rs.30,000 but employer is giving only Rs.13000 by cash. Further no PF ESI is being deducted. They are also not giving any salary slip. I want your valuable suggestions, what actions can be taken against employer. Is there any rule for payment of slary above 20000 by cheque only. They have taken signature on receipt for Rs. 30000/-
Regards
