Dear All,
Loading & unloading of material Labour who is working on daily basis whenever work is there will call outsider to work on loading and unloading of material he charges per ton basis , whether he is eligible to ESI
he is not in company roles or in contract roles. Is there any rules from esi that company has to pay ESI for this type of labour .
