I have joined a company in Lucknow which is into road projects. We have a employee strenghth of 5 which may extend to 10. Now the company wants to have PF Coverage for less then 20 employees.
Please let me know the procedure.

Refer to your query on the above subject, you can register your organisation as voluntarily and also cover your employees under EPF Act-1952 Rules if the strength is less than 20.

Dear aditya
you can have your company registrered under section 1(4) of the epf act. You need to apply the coverage of your establishment in the specified format with a consent from employer. The employees will also give their consent.
Apart from these documents all the other documents required for the coverage are to be filed with the rpfc office.

you need to fill the Form 01 under EPF Act and submit the same to RPFC with relevant Documents.
after that they will allot the Establishment Code in your Organization.
One you got the Establishment code you start the Monthly contribution process.
