Dear All, I am HR of an IT company, from this month we have started deducting PF and ESI. I wanted to know it should be deducted on basic salary or, total salary? Thanks

You have started deducting or planning to go for it? Did you registered yourself (Company) under the ESIC AND EPF Act? If yes you must have know the rules of deduction and if you are a new person and have little knowledge about it and as been assigned the job, must go to their official website to know more.

Hi experts. I also have a quesry regarding My PF. I worked in my last organisation for 2 years. I applied for my PF 3 months back and have received the an amount as my provident fund but that is not the amount i estimated and is lesser than that. I want to know that is there any such thing that PF amount comes in two installments. If it is so, when will the second installment come in my account? Thankyou
