Appreciate your concern dear member. With due respect to your viewpoint not everyone is blessed with good writing skills. So as long as the article doesn't hurt anyone i see no harm in good thoughts being spread.

The best way to spread is not copy and paste, but give a link to where one finds the article, to avoid unintended plagiarism or copyright violation.
For example,
I found the original source of a Story posted at <link outdated-removed> #post1889621
The source is
"UNLESS I AM SURE..." which carries the following note at the bottom of the page
FROM: Leahlyn A. Guloy, Beautiful Story (excerpt). Shared by Joe Gatuslao,

It is not a question of harming anybody, it is about giving respect to others' efforts and contributions, which in turn will boost your own self-respect.
As our senior member mentioned above, one should give courtesy to the source or connect with a hyperlink.

I do agree that 'copy & paste' is not a good practice. But there are many freshers & students in this site who are in need of good Information; so once they find them they are just copying it. It takes some time for freshers & students to get experience and contribute their own ideas. Even I am a fresher, I am just going to start my career from Monday as a HR Executive, having only theoretical knowledge I feel little scared as I cant depend or seek help from anyone else in my Office. So I am also searching for lot of HR stuff from this site.
