PF Form-5 & 10

What all form do we have in PF, could you pls share their importance as well. What is the significance of these forms 5 & 10 ? Please guide.

form no. 2 revised for new joining employee
form no. 5 in which intimation to pf deptt will be sent
form no. 10 for left employees
form no. 19,10c with 5,10 and 3a for withdrawn provident fund
form no. 10d for availing pension benefit
form no. 5if for claiming edli
