I am planning to shift to another state for my job purpose. I don\'t have any job offers or interview letters at the moment.
For this reason i need leave for about 10 days. How can i ask my boss for the leave and what reason i should mention for this ?

Hi,
If you have a good terms with ur boss tell him the truth or tell some other reasons to avail the vacation. at the same time do not share too many details with ur boss at this point of time. if you have enough leave balances to avail that is a plus point for u, but dnt quit the current job unless u have another offer in hand.
