How to find out why there is a low attrition in a particular company. Why employees are not leaving the Organisation? This task has been given to me by my MD. Please Suggest how to go about it.

Dear Aditi,
You can include the questionnaires based on the following parameters:
1. Performance appraisal (Appraisal process, increment process and promotion criteria).
2. Training and Development
3. Welfare activities
4. HR processes
5. HR policies
6. Company's culture
7. Company's code and conduct
8. Working environment
9. Technology
The above processes will give you multiple questions which you can add in your questionnaire and which will give you a clear picture regarding huge / less attrition.
