ESi is a medical benift which is given to the employees of an organisation where more than 20 people are employed .
For that company has to register themselves with the ESI. and monthly they have to pay the contribution to them from both employer and employee account. This facility can be availed by the employees whose gross salary is less than 15000 pm.
