Dear friends,
One of my friends is working for a good company,it has been only 3 months since he joined that company, but now since he is not interested in the job profile,he is going to join a new company.since he is in probation period what will be then notice period. In his offer letter it has been metioned that services can be terminated on either side, without any notice.but he is worried whehter the management accepts his decision or not,and they will ask him to serve notice period.how far is this valid.and can they reject releiving letter to him,or if they dont accept his resignation what can he do.
Please reply ,its very urgent

Dear Friend..
Mostly in every company it is 7 days of Notice period is been served during probation period..
If he has got another offer letter in his hand then only he should look for putting his resignation letter before the company..
It would be better if he serves the notice period of 7 days...
Definitely if it is written in Appointment letter that one may resign or may terminated without any Notice period then definitely he will get an experience letter and relieving letter,,,
He should discuss it with his seniors, i think they will definitely provide him all the necessary documents been given at the time of leaving teh organisation.
Regards,
Amit Seth.
