Dear Raji,
few companies have the clause of giving experience certificate only on completion of 6 months with the organization
as far as Relieving letter is concern they will have to issues you basically that letter is given to an out going employee when he or she has completed all the formalities with regards to hand over / loan if any/ and the company has nothing to claim from that employee
so you might no have a issues to give Relieving letter to the employee

NO EMPLOYEE MUST BE REFUSED THE RELIEVING LETTER IF HE IS LEAVING WITH PROPER NOTICE ACCEPTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. A RELIEVING LETTER IS DEFINITELY A RECORD FOR THE EMPLOYER ALSO. Reg experience certificate it is individual organization policy. A Service Certificate just shows the details of the name, designation, date of joining, date of leaving, reason for leaving & last pay drawn.
