you could make the checklist as per the instruction given by your boss what i mean is he must have assigned you few things under the Kitchen,Store,Bar, Restaurant & Front Office.
make a detail list of all the activities that would come under the Kitchen,Store,Bar, Restaurant & Front Office work area
and accordingly u will have a checklist made
for e.g kitchen
if @ night shift one of your duty is to check the inventory available at the end of the day then u need to make all the things which come under this then if cleanliness is the other task @ kitchen you have to see what time is to be allocated to get the kitchen cleaned and other activities
