In our company more than 100 worker are working since one year,neighter trade union non electected representative exit in our company, management forcing me to certify standing order with in 3 month,
In absence of trade union & elected represntative, can any company certify standing order ?
Whether it cerified under Model standing order Act maharashtra rule or Chapter No VII under Bombay Industrial relation Act
Pls guide on above querry.

u must make standind order as per the rule of standing order and certification act within six month after the strength of 100 employees.

First of all, is your co covered by Bombay Industrial relations act or Industrial employment standing orders act? you have to ask your management if any amendment is to be made to the standing orders. If so, you have to submit 5 copies of the amendments to the certifying officer. As per section 5 of the standing orders act, once the standing orders are submitted for certification, it is the duty of the certifying officer to send the copy to the workers if the union is non existent and rest of the process is complied by him. You just complete your part of the obligation.
