Dear All,
I have too many job changes in my resume in the career of 8 years. would anybody please guide me how to overcome in the interview? the average time I have spent in an organisation is approx 1.8 months and now i need to get settled.

Without knowing your background, and why you changed, it's difficult to advise you. Your figures indicate that you changed nearly 50 times in 8 years. If you applied for a job where I would be short listing, you hardly stand a chance.

Dear Amar,
I have seen your Resume and it's very good. Unlike what you have said in your earlier post, you have spent on average of 18 months and not 1.8 months. Hence, ther eis no problem; kindly make sure you have good explantions of why you changed your jobs.
