Dear Friends,
I came across one HR Manager whose communication is not so good. In each and every mail (any kind of communication), you can point out too many grammatical errors and literally, one has to read the mail twice to understand what she wants to communicate. More than once, I spoke to her for her mistakes and suggested her the corrections, but she is not receptive on that front. I feel being a HR Manager, her communication needs to be good if not excellent.
Please suggest how this issue can be resolved??

Hello,
Yes you are right that a HR Manager should have good communication skills. If she is reluctant to accept this . You can suggest following :-
1) ask her to use MS word instead of directly using E-Mail system as it has option to show grammatical errors .
2) She is take help of various standard formats for letter , which is easily avilable on net as well as in various books

Dear Teddy,
What is the use of you telling her that her communication skills are poor? When she does not want to improve in spite of feedback then it only goes on to show that she has low self esteem and lack of learning attitude.
Secondly, it is the fault of her manager or GM or VP also. Why these people are tolerating her poor communication skills. Why nobody has given her dressing down? Or is it that their communication skills are also poor?
There was a time when people considered it as a matter of prestige to have good quality of English or command over language. The trouble with these times is that the informal culture has percolated down to our blood and a thin line that divided formal and informal communication has blurred further.
God bless her, this is what I can say!

Dear Ashe,
We have suggested her many times, but rather than accepting her mistake, she gets into an argument and keeps on proving that we are wrong and she is correct.
Anyways, thanks for your suggestion.

Dear friends,
This shows the poor quality of our University education. Language and Communication skills are the basic requirement for successful completion of any academic course in Humanities/Management studies. It is ridculous how a candidate with poor communication skill can complete a course in Management and get employed in HR department.

Hello Tamana Mehta,
There seem to be two problems.
1.0 HR Manager unwilling to correct herself.
2.0 HR Manager's poor communication skills.
The first point is the attitude problem and if it is addressed then second would soon get resolved by itself.
From Your mail it is not clear whether the HR Manager is your peer OR senior.
You can have chat with your superior stressing the importance from the organization point of view.
Alternatively you try to convince her superior.
Thirdly you can think of an external well wisher who can impress upon her.
