What do you mean by "Job is not a matter for me."? Are you prepared to quit the job or be sacked, if you try to take any action? If so, why do you not quit without taking action?
If the company is not bothered, why are you? If the person is behaving rudely complain about his behaviour. have you any concrete proof that his degree is fake?
How large is your organisation and is it owner controlled?

You mean region and not religion!! Bothering is all in the mind, as Swami Anubhavananda rightly points out. May be listening to his lecture at Either Think or Worry - YouTube may help you. There is a saying "If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen, get out of it." You can either brood on the differences as Telengana and Andhra people or consider the common thing that you are all Indians.

First of all you must be sure and able to prove about his fake convocation certificate, if you fail to prove that it is meaningless to talk about..., Mr. Simhan's said it clearly.
Once you prove, then you need to look in to his job profile requirements, whether the job he is holding require a degree holder or not....
2) If the issue is regarding that you facing is ethnocentrism/prejudice/ localism/sectionalism/provincialism/unfairness whatever you feel then you can complain it to the higher authority or the management head... and the last resort, file a legal petition and spend years of your life around the courts of law which can hardly be proved to win the case,
...or you may just quit the job from cruddy, as Mr. Simhan aptly advised, and free yourself from unwanted and underdeveloped environment....

Didn't think things will go so fast. I think the decision is if you are not feeling comfortable better quit.
But resigning before an alternative offer is not a professionalism either emotional or sentimental issue i guess.
No offence...I just feel that way!!!

Hi Mahesh, in my office also same problem. The person don't know how to open excel and to send Mail or read Mail . He was appointed two months ago by Manager has he is relative. Now his salary Rs.10000/- Pm
on behalf of him i have to send all mails and explain everything to him. Our's is a corporate Company and the Manager is hiding the truth from Head office. It's all our fate to work with these kind of stupids, if we ask question we have to quit.
Nb: Exactly same problem but difference is state and religion.

sir, your opinion is correct but i'm also facing the same problem. you have to understand our feeling. if this person only works with your support and gets higher salary than you and in short time gets promoted, takes every work credit from you then what can we do.

I understand the emotions behind your speech. but, try this, the best way to get rid of such people is to keep guiding them with the explicit but implied hint of your superiority and his weakness of dependency, do not do his works but guide him and make sure he himself does it, no matter however he tries to trick you.....
you can achieve the intended, you will be satisfied guiding some one, helping someone in learning is always a good thing, your boss can not blame you because you r helping that defender learn things which helps him in future, when you are helping him with your guidance and support no one can blame you openly ... and gradually you surely get rid of him if continued with your guidance, not doing his job sitting in his chair but only helping him do the work .....
